Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd. (CNIITC in short) is a subsidiary of China General Consulting and Investment Co., Ltd., which is directly managed by Genertec Group and supervised by China state-owned assets supervision and administration commission of the state council. CNIITC has begun its tendering business and projects financed by the Bilateral Governmental Loans since 1984, and it is one of the earliest enterprises that began the Tendering Business in China. CNIITC has a comprehensive business scope ranging from projects financed by the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, JBIC and Bilateral governmental loans as well as projects entrusted by the Chinese government ministries and domestic clients. Besides, CNIITC has fast developing business scope covering bidding, consultancy, import and export business. In the last 30 years, CNIITC has undertaken more than 1000 Bilateral Governmental Loan financed projects, with a total amount of about 19 billion US Dollars.
Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd., as the “Tendering agency”, entrusted by the End-user/Client/Promoter/Tenderee, and according to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Tenders and Bids, Procurement Guideline/Implementation Manual of utilizing Bilateral Foreign Government Loans for the Project and the relevant laws, regulations of Ministry of Finance, to select the eligible service supplier in the specific fields in the form of International Competitive Bidding (ICB) according to the requirements of the project feasibility study report.
Due to the business development, the company’s name was officially changed from “Instrimpex Interntional Tendering Company” to “Instrimpex International Tendering Co., Ltd.” since December 29, 2015. After the name changes, the Business subject, legal relationship and services remained unchanged.
