Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is a social housing financing fund aimed at improving the quality of life of Nigerians on low income through housing.
FHFL evolved as a response to the need to provide decent homes and accessible finance for low-income Nigerians while harnessing the job creating potential of the housing sector. The Fund was set up as a private limited liability company in September 2016 with the Federal Ministry of Finance and Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority as founding shareholders. |
