The Sant Bartomeu Del Grau City Council Directly Manages The Municipality'S Drinking Water Supply Service. The Current Hydraulic Technical Performance (Rth) Of The System Is 82%, Which Is Considered Adequate. However, One Of The Priority Objectives To Be Followed Is The Reduction Of Water Losses To The Region, Especially Considering That The Municipality Depends On A Single Supply Point, The Vilaseca Pous, Since It Is Necessary To Optimize Resource Management To The Maximum. In This Context, It Is Necessary To Strengthen And Renew The Branches Of The System That Present A Poor Status Or A Repeated History Of Losses, With The Aim Of Improving The Reliability Of The Service, Reducing Losses And Guaranteeing The Continuity Of The Supply. Currently, It Faces Various Sections Of The Supply Chain Formats For Fiber Cement Cannons, Obsolete Material Not Suitable For Current Standards, Which Is Expected To Be Replaced By New Conduits In Accordance With Current Regulations. Specifically, The Project Contemplates The Renovation Of Three Sections Of The Xarxa. The Object Of This Contract Is The Contract, Promoted By The Sant Bartomeu Del Grau City Council, Of The Execution Of The Works Included In The Execution Project Of Renewal Of The Municipal Drinking Water Supply System, With The Objective Of Improving The Efficiency, Safety And Sustainability Of The Service, In Accordance With The Technical And Administrative Prescriptions Established In The Corresponding Plecs.
