   • avoir une expérience dans la mise en œuvre de modèles d’agents bancaires ou d’agents mobile money ;
• avoir une expérience d’au moins cinq (5) années dans le renforcement de capacités ou l’assistance dans le domaine de la finance digitale aux institutions financières et en particulier aux institutions de microfinance;
• avoir réalisé au moins une mission similaire d’assistance technique ou de renforcement de capacités pour le compte des institutions de microfinance en République Démocratique du Congo sera un atout ;
• fournir une référence de maîtrise des plateformes digitales, intégration corebanking, POS/TPE, USSD/offline solutions ;
• démontrer une expérience en gouvernance et pérennisation : Mise en place de dispositifs internes et plans de financement ;
• justifier au moins d’une expérience confirmée dans le déploiement, la gestion et la supervision de réseaux d’agents bancaires, y compris les aspects opérationnels, de gestion des risques, de contrôle interne et de protection des consommateurs ;
• présenter une mission similaire démontrant les compétences en suivi-évaluation et KPI : Pour mesurer l’impact et la conformité.

• Experience in implementing banking agent or mobile money agent models;

• At least five (5) years of experience in capacity building or providing assistance in the field of digital finance to financial institutions, and in particular to microfinance institutions;

• Having completed at least one similar technical assistance or capacity-building mission for microfinance institutions in the Democratic Republic of Congo will be an asset;

• Provide references demonstrating proficiency in digital platforms, core banking integration, POS/EFTPOS, and USSD/offline solutions;

• Demonstrate experience in governance and sustainability: Implementation of internal mechanisms and financing plans;

• Demonstrate at least one proven experience in the deployment, management, and supervision of banking agent networks, including operational aspects, risk management, internal control, and consumer protection;

• Present a similar mission demonstrating skills in monitoring and evaluation and KPIs: To measure impact and compliance.
