The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Acoustic Control Service And Sound Technical Support For The Festive Events Organized By The Alcarràs City Council, With Special Reference To The Sound Control Of The Peñas, In Order To Comply With The Current Legal Requirements To Protect Citizens From The Inconvenience Caused By Events With Amplified Music On Public Roads. For This Reason, It Is Necessary To Hire An Acoustic Service And Sound Technical Support, Given That This Action Is A Municipal Competence And Aims To Limit The Maximum Emission And Control The Acoustic Impact That Reaches The Nearest Homes And Is Likely To Cause Discomfort To The Citizen For This Reason. These Services Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specifications, Without Prejudice To The Technical And Organizational Instructions That, Within The Scope Of The Contract, May Be Issued By The Person In Charge Of The Contract To Ensure The Correct Provision Of The Services.
