2. Proof of no outstanding debts with tax authorities (e.g., tax clearance certificate issued by the mozambican tax authority). applicants who have requested the issuance of this document from the competent authority but have not received it by the submission deadline must provide proof of the request submitted

3. Proof of no outstanding social security contributions (e.g., INSS clearance certificate in mozambique)

4. Present the declaration that no insolvency or recovery proceedings have been filed against the company (for those who requested the issuing of the document from the authority, but didn’t receive on the submission date, they must present the proof of the request)

5. Accounting and financial documentation for the latest financial year (balance sheets and income statements);

6. Experience in similar services (through a signed company declaration listing previous similar assignments). bidders shall provide a summary of information relating to each contract (ongoing or completed), using the form below, which must be duly signed by the person(s) authorised to legally bind the interested bidder.
