   A minimum number of similar contracts specified below that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor, joint venture member, management contractor or subcontractor between 1st January 2011 and application submission deadline:

Contracts for Works: Design and Build
Minimum of 2 contracts, each of minimum value of EURO 20,000,000
Each of the contracts required above shall meet the following minimum key requirements:
1. water treatment plant of a minimum capacity of 40,000m3/day within Sub-Saharan region.
2. two (2) references of supply and installation of 1km water transmission pipeline, with diameters ≥ DN500;
3. two (2) references of Design, construct pump house, installation of pump units and accessories to convey at least 30,000m3/day.
4. One (1) reference of Design and construction of underground reservoir 1000 m3.

Minimum average annual turnover of EURO 15000000 for the last 5 years.
