EMPLOYER’S RESPONSE
1. Expression of Interest (EoI) I kindly ask if it is available a draft Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment. The Terms of Reference (TOR) will be shared with Request for Proposal (RFP) in next stage.
2. Expression of Interest (EoI) I would like to kindly ask a clarification on whether an electronic submission of the EOI per email is satisfactory or the submission of original hard copy in person or per mail is a mandatory requirement. As per Expression of Interest Clause 14 all applications must be submitted to the address below no later than 11th August, 2022, 10:00Hrs at TANESCO Umeme Park Building Ubungo area, Morogoro Road P.O.BOX 9024 Dar es Salaam.
