KENYA - Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC)
   a) Successfully completed similar types of contracts in an English speaking country. Minimum: 2 contracts;
b) Experience in supervision and management contracts (owners Engineer contracts) each with a value of 3 million Euros as a minimum in transmission, medium and low voltage distribution lines and distribution substations. Minimum 2 contracts;
c) Experience in project supervision and management of similar projects in the region (Africa). Minimum: 1 project;
d) Annual average turnover over the last 5 years. Minimum average: 2.7 million Euros.
