   Interested consultants must provide information evidencing that they are qualified and experienced to perform those Services. For that purpose, documented evidence of recent and similar services shall be submitted.
Determination of the similarity of the experiences will be based on:
- The contracts size;
- The nature of the Services: see below the description of the studies and other services to support the implementation of PPP infrastructure project;
- The technical area and expertise as applicable in transaction advisory, Legal Advisory, Technical and Commercial advisory, Environmental, Social and Developmental Impact Studies related to support development of PPP infrastructure projects ;
- Experience in implementing infrastructure projects through PPP arrangement in Nigeria and/or West Africa Experience in internationally funded projects.
