   6. Bidders should note that to qualify for award of the contract, they are required to meet certain minimum qualifying criteria which includes: -

(i) Experience as Prime Contractor, they should have successfully completed at projects of similar nature and complexity within the last ten (10) years as indicated below.
(a) At least two (2) contracts each of minimum value USD 50 million for Lot 1
(b) At least two (2) contracts each of minimum value USD 40 million for Lot 2
(ii) Average Annual Turnover of at least US$ 70 million for Lot 1 and US$ 40 Million for Lot 2 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, in the past 5 years (2018 – 2022).
(iii) Minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of US$ 10 million for Lot 1 and US$ 7 million for Lot 2 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
7. Bidders may bid for one or two Lots, as further defined in the Bidding Documents. Bidders wishing to offer discounts in case they are awarded more than one Lot will be allowed to do so, provided those discounts are included in the Letter of Bid.
