   9. Bidders should note that to qualify for award of the contract, they are required to meet certain minimum qualifying criteria which includes: -

(i) Experience as Prime Contractor, they should have successfully completed at least two (2) projects of similar nature and complexity within the last ten (10) years, each with a minimum value of US$ 15 million or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
(ii) Average Annual Turnover of at least US$ 30 million or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, in the past 5 years (2018 – 2022).
(iii) Minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of US$ 3 million or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency.
