In accordance with article 65, of Decree Law 22/2022 of the Procurement Legal Regime, the Eletricidade the Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) would like to announce its intent to award the following contract:

Project Name: Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of EDTL E.P.’s 150kV Transmission Network and
Nine (9) 150kV/20kV Substations

Project Number: OCB/0010/EDTL-EP-2024

Winning Bidder: China Nuclear Industry 22nd Construction Co., Ltd.

Contract Price after discount: USD 16,200,000.00 inclusive of all taxes

Pursuant to paragraph (11) of Article 65 of the Procurement Legal Regime, any protest/claims must be submitted, in writing, to the Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) within ten (10) working days from the posting date of this tender result.
