In accordance with article 96°, of Decree Law 22/2022 of the Procurement Legal Regime, the Eletricidade the Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) would like to announce its intent to award the following contract:

Project Name: Supply of Light Fuel to the Betano Power Plant
Selected Bidder: Esperança Timor Oan, Lda
Contract Amount (US$): 1,059,609.18

We further inform that this Intent to Award is based on the
Evaluation Jury’s decision on Single Source Selection.

Pursuant to paragraph (3) of Article 96º of the Procurement Legal Regime, any protest/claims must be submitted, in writing, to the Eletricidade de Timor-Leste, Empresa Pública (EDTL, E.P.) within 5 days from the posting date of the result.
