   -Minimum of eight (8) years of proven experience in communications, public relations, marketing and/or a related field. Including at least three (3) projects completed within the last five (5) years conducting outreach programs such as producing multimedia contents, and using all the outreach channels including social media for disseminating the contents.
-Evidence of previous experience in developing and implementing at least 1 public communication strategy & outreach project with reporting requirements in English and similar budget scale (approximately 200,000.00 USD) of this assignment.
-Evidence of project management experience in providing communication & outreach consultancy services for/with at least three (3) international agencies and/or organizations.
