   The eligible company shall meet the following minimum qualification criteria for both lots were the same:

1. FINANCIAL CAPACITY:

Available working capital of recent year or cash in bank or stand-by line of credit from a financial institution to meet the project cash flow requirement of US$ 250,000.00 and its current contracts commitment.

2. EXPERIENCES:

Similar Experience in Supply of Electrical Materials. The Bidder
should have demonstrated experience as a prime contractor, joint venture member or management contractor in undertaking
similar projects successfully implemented withing the last 10
years where the contract value equal to US$ 200,000.00 and the similar project have been successfully completed.

OBLIGATION TO PAY THE TAXES

The supplier (International or Local) is required to pay all the applicable taxes in accordance with the RDTL applicable law.
