notice_summary_english: (a) This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Indigenous Services Canada for Task and Solutions Professional Services – Task Based (TSPS) under the TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply.
(b) It is intended to result in the award of 3 contract(s), each for 3 years plus 2 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s).
(c) There is no security requirement applicable.
(d) The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free-Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA), the Agreement on Trade Continuity between Canada and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
(e) Only TSPS SA Holders holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 at the time of bid closing, in Category: 1.2 Organizational design and classification consultant and in the NCR Region under the E60ZT-18TSPS series of SAs are eligible to compete.
(f) The TSPS SA E60ZT-18TSPS is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TSPS SA.
