The Gambia Compact Development Team
   The offeror should demonstrate a successful experience as the prime on two projects of similar size and technical nature during the past (7) seven years.

A project is deemed similar when it (i) includes a national scale education assessment (ii) is of an equal or greater dollar value and (iii) was implemented in a context similar to that of The Gambia and demonstrates the offerors capacity to work in close collaboration with an Education
Ministry at the national level.

The relevant contracts for similar projects completed, or in
process, should be provided in Forms TECH-3 and TECH-4 and
Section III. Qualification and Evaluation Criteria include all MCC-funded assignments.

CDT-Gambia reserves the right to contact the References in Form TECH-5 as well as any other source to check references and past performance. Please note that all references, including references on past MCC-funded projects (CPPRs) will be checked for the last ten (10) years
