notice_summary_english: The subject of the order is the purchase and successive delivery of implantable heart electrotherapy devices for the needs of the Interventional Radiology, Hemodynamics and Electrocardiology Department of the Świętokrzyskie Cardiology Center WSzZ in Kielce.
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantity of the ordered assortment is specified in Annex No. 2a-2h to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the order (required technical and functional parameters) for packages No. 1 to 8, Annex No. 2.1 List of loaned equipment for package No. 2 and Annex No. 2.2 Parameters of leased equipment for package 3.

Information on the principles of delivery, warranty and remuneration is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, Annex No. 3a to the SWZ - draft provisions of the loan agreement for Package No. 2 and Annex No. 3 b - draft provisions of the lease agreement for Package No. 3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to appropriately modify the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, in the event that one contractor is awarded a public contract for more than one task of this procedure.
