notice_summary_english: Description:NRC works to protect the rights of displaced and vulnerable people during crisis. Through our programmes we provide assistance to meet immediate humanitarian needs, prevent further displacement and contribute to durable solutions. Through our stand-by rosters, we provide expertise as a strategic partner to the UN, as well as to national and international actors. Through our advocacy we strive for rights to be upheld and for lasting solutions to be achieved. We take action during situations of armed conflict and engage in other contexts where our competencies will add value. We are a rights-based organisation and are committed to the principles of humanity, neutrality, independence, and impartiality. We invite you to apply for the provision of Latrine Cleaning Tools Application points:1. Fill out the attached RFQ (Make sure all information is correct and the document is stamped) 2. Send your completed documents to the following email; sd.procurementskao@nrc.no3. Submit Sample : sample must be submitted to any NRC office Port Sudan/Gedaref /KostiScope of Work:We are seeking for supply of cleaning tools that align with the attached RFQSample Delivery:To facilitate our decision-making process, we kindly request a sample of the Cleaning tools to be delivered to our office for evaluation before the deadline for quotation submission.Key Dates:Deadline for Submission of Sample: Mrach 9,2025Deadline for Submission of Quotation: March 12 ,2025Submission Details:Please submit the following:A detailed quotation, including unit prices and any applicable taxes or fees.Samples of the proposed Soap(to be delivered to the address provided ).Sample can be delivered to any of NRC offices in Kosti , Gadreef or Port Sudan .Ensure that your submission reaches us by the specified deadlines.
