It Is The Subject Of The Contract The Supply Through Lease Without Option To Purchase A New Vehicle, A Logo With Full Police Equipment And Complete Signage, In Accordance With The Basic Rules Of The Signage Of Local Police Vehicles In Catalonia. This Vehicle Will Be Attached To The Local Police Department Of Roses, According To Detailed Technical Prescriptions Below. The Leased Vehicle Must Be Secured, With An Insurance At Full Risk With Closed Premium, In Order Not To Modify The Quotas Throughout The Contract, Either By Cpi, Or By Accident (Bonus/Malus), Discarding Self-Insurance And Without Franchise, Including The Compulsory Policy With The Coverage Described In The Ppt.
