ANGOLA - MINISTRY OF ENERGY AND WATER (MINEA)
    Degree in hydraulic/civil/environmental engineering or related field(s). A master's degree in a related field will be considered an added advantage.
 Proven experience of at least 25 years of experience in engineering work with a focus on water supply companies.
 Demonstrated experience of at least 15 years of practical knowledge and involvement in water loss management and reduction initiatives.
 Demonstrated experience with IWA water balance models.
 Demonstrated experience as a key professional in at least three Water Loss Reduction initiatives in non-developed countries. Works performed in sub-Saharan African countries will be a differentiating factor.
 Computer skills, including software such as autoCAD, QGIS, EPANET or similar.
 Ability to communicate in Portuguese or Spanish and
 Fluent in English
